  • Nandin, with her intuitive flute and vocal melodies will be joined by Prem Prasad, a classically trained Indian musician and wonderful Kirtan leader. Prasad plays harmonium masterfully and sings to us directly from his heart. Ralf Wilden, who often play his tablas at all night Kirtan sessions, will accompany them. This evening, they will play a mix of ragas, (traditional Indian music known for centuries for its healing properties), as well as bhajans, - songs to the divine in all of us.

    Mon 01 October 2012 6.45 pm - 7.45 pm
    Tobias Bülow

Ambient sounds, pulsating grooves and bewitching bansuri flute sounds will take the listener on a musical journey. The guidance is led intuitively by the multi-instrumentalist and improviser Tobias Bülow and his loop station. Meditation cushions and dancing legs are equally welcome ;-)

    Caravan of Love (Sufi-Band)

Sheikh Hassan Dyck: Cello d’Amore, voice, storytelling
    Hey Hussein: Mouth-harp,voice, percussion
    Marvin Dillman: Didgeridoo,Darabuka
    Mario Triska: Violin
    A.K. Schönbohm: Sound

This fantastic Sufi band offers a blend of Minimal Jazz, Blues and Trance that goes directly to the heart. Their music delicately touches our inner being and awakens in everybody the desire for divine love. The lyrics come mostly from the Sufi tradition and so do the Mantras that purify the heart and connect you with the truth of the divine that is in everyone of us. When Sheikh Hassan Peter Dyck tells his Sufi tales full of humor and the wisdom of this ancient tradition, an atmosphere of magic, love and wisdom is created.

Sheikh Hassan studied classical music in Berlin and oriental music with Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan. Since 1986 he is the head of one of the main Naqshbandi Sufi orders in Europe and he also directs - in collaboration with varying musicians - concerts, Dhikrs and Hadras for large audiences all over Europe. Sheikh Hassan's intention is "to reach the divine moment together with the audience".

    Brigitte Geuss AHORA -Sound

AHORA sound .... the healing power of sound

Intuitive music is inspired by the here and now. Silent harmonies created through vocal overtones, healing mantras and the natural sounds of monochord, shruti and tanpura form a healing space. Heart opening, meditation, inspiration and relaxation simply happen. Through the confluence of sounds of selected instruments from ancient cultures and a warm, gentle, and simultaneously powerful voice, the harmony of the universe is experienced in its entireness. You can immerse yourself in this delicious freshness and be in the HERE and NOW.
